FROM 1936

When Emilien Jamart became the owner of the buildings of a vineyard in 1930, this baker did not imagine being at the head of a Champagne House a few years later.

And yet ...

Abundant harvest and misfortunes lead him to be paid in wine his pressing services and to cash in the storage. Nourished by the passion and experience of his father, a cellar worker at Moet & Chandon, he vinifies and becomes a wine merchant.
The progressive acquisition of grape vines will make Emilien a grower and wine maker.

UNTIL NOW

It is within this property, in the heart of the village of Saint Martin d'Ablois, that will follow four generations moved by the same love of vine and wine that we would like to share with you today.

    TASTING NOTES

    A fruity, fresh and light wine with a lively bubble. It is a cuvée in nuance and freshness, which makes it an aperitif wine, friendly and pleasant at all times of the day.

    Dosage : 33 g/l
    Vinification : malolactic fermentation allowed. Natural cold stabilisation. Blend from different years. Aging on lees for 18 to 24 months.

    TASTING NOTES

    Fruity wine, with a gourmand note in mouth. This Champagne goes very well with desserts and especcially wedding cake.

    TASTING NOTES

    Champagne with a gourmet and balanced mouth. This cuvée is all in shade and freshness, with a smooth finish.
    Its freshness allows it to be served as an aperitif, or accompanied oysters, seafood and fish.

    Champagne with light mousse and aromas of ripe fruit. This cuvée delight by its roundness and its generosity.

    It illuminates an aperitif and highlights the capon, the foie gras, the filet of beef. It can also be served for dessert with red fruits.

    Explosion of taromas, with a lot of freshness and a long length in the mouth that allows the wine to express itself long seconds after the tasting. This cuvée seduces by its generosity and its balance.

    Dosage : 33 g/L
    Vinification : malolactic fermentation allowed. Natural cold stabilisation. Blend from champagne red wine and white one from different years. Aging on lees for 18 to 24 months.


    TASTING NOTES

    A shiny Rosé with vermillon and poppy reflections that lets emerge a beautiful white foam and a delicate effervescence.
    The nose exhales the ripe stawberry, the raspberry jam and a minty touch. Notes of fresh orange and morello cherry add to this pallet.
    Honey, apricot jam and a hint of cinnamon bring an impression of sweetness and pastry.
    On the palate, sweetness is present with a majority of strawberry and raspberries jams flavours. Final note is sweet and delightful.
